According to a recent article in the Dallas Morning News JCI has recently filed for bankruptcy. Who is JCI, you might ask? Now known as S2 Engineers, JCI is the Las Vegas company who originally built and engineered the Dallas Cowboys practice facility, which collapsed on May 2nd, resulting in serious injuries to several Cowboys staff members.
