It’s done by a, a video — a Zoom or web web link — uh, video hearing, or over the phone, and someone just, uh, the trustee that is appointed by the court to your case, uh, conducts the meeting. And, uh, either the trustee or one of our attorneys asks a series of just simple yes-no questions to make sure everything is in order. Uh, you might be asked just to briefly explain what caused you to file bankruptcy. Uh, but, uh, it’s just a, a short, uh, question-and-answer meeting, usually lasts somewhere between 5 to 15 minutes. It’s just, uh, making a court record, uh, to make sure everything that’s been filed with the court is in order and correct.
